Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Client Informatics Analytics Advisor for National Accounts. You will transform healthcare data into insights, work with account teams, and present recommendations to senior client leadership.

This role requires strong analytics, consultative skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across sales, account management, clinical, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting healthcare, financial, operational, or population health data.
• Proven ability to develop insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to clients, leadership teams, or executive stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
• Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare cost, utilization, trend, and engagement data to identify actionable opportunities and risks.
• Conduct complex ad hoc analyses by synthesizing large datasets into clear, meaningful business insights.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of Cigna programs, clinical initiatives, and engagement solutions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, benefit optimization strategies, and population health improvement initiatives.
• Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to client leadership and executive audiences.
