Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented National Accounts Data and Reporting Analyst to support the growth of the intermediary business, internal platforms, broker dealers, and financial advisors. You will coordinate and draft responses to DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This hybrid role requires 3–5 years in financial services, strong data skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, investment management or asset management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn RFP tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end DDQ/RFP lifecycle, track deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Product, HR, and Compliance to gather updated product data and metrics.
• Tailor standard proposal responses to client platform requirements.
• Maintain and update centralized proposal content library with refreshed data.
• Route responses through legal/compliance review to meet SEC and FINRA guidelines.
• Assist internal teams with special projects and audits as needed.
