We are seeking a driven, Account Manager with a background in brand ambassador programs and experiential marketing to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring flawless program execution, and managing the sales performance of field teams across multiple events and markets.

The purpose of this role is to build and manage relationships between the company and Retail/Venue s and maximize the profitability of each account and help the clients increase sales of the products to their customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue on a national sales campaign as well as being the liaison between our clients and our Field Sales Partners
  • The individual will be a field leader capable of meeting campaign sales and quality standards and coaching/mentoring field reps to do the same
  • 60%+ travel is required to support sales offices
  • Drive team and campaign results, reporting creation, inspection and analysis, product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support
  • Direct liaison between Fortune 500 clients and Field Partners
  • Develop and implement motivating sales incentives that drive revenue and productivity
  • Analyze data and create reporting to identify trends, and drive improved results
  • Contribute to a fun and energizing sales environment through exceptional relationships with the sales team
  • Provide excellent customer service, WOWing the field, clients, and co-workers with a professional and positive approach, quick response time, and effectiveness at answering their questions
  • Ensures that Field Partners and sales reps and Ambassadors consistently represent the client accurately and with quality
  • Drives Field Partners’ performance, meeting client and campaign goals for profitability and growth
  • Execute and manage important initiatives or tasks for clients and campaign
  • Provides regular feedback to management on the status of Field Partners and action plan updates

Required Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will demonstrate a natural ability to collaborate well with others in a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly fluid environment
  • 3-5 years’ experience in account management, field marketing, or sales management.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Ability to travel for field visits and client launches as needed
  • Evening/weekend availability for event oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience managing programs or clients in relevant industries such as: Spirits/CPG sampling promotions, In-store demo programs, mobile tours / pop-up events.
