Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, Inc. seeks a National Account Manager for Walmart in Bentonville to lead omni-channel growth and strategic relationships with Walmart Corp Buyers.

You will translate VP direction into actionable tactics across brick-and-mortar, click-and-collect, and online channels to expand Utz brands and profitability. The role requires 7+ years in national accounts or eCommerce, a track record with major retailers, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in national account management, sales, or eCommerce in CPG.
• Proven track record with large retail accounts, preferably Walmart.
• Experience leading Omni Channel strategy (Brick & Mortar, Click & Collect, Online).
• Strong background in trade promotion, sales forecasting, and syndicated data usage (IRI/Nielsen).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship-building with senior partners.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making; proficient with trade tools including BluePlanner.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build brand equity and profitably grow sales on assigned brands with Walmart.
• Achieve sales quotas through Walmart partnership and collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve eCommerce goals.
• Lead omni-channel strategy across Brick & Mortar, Click & Collect, and Online.
• Coordinate with Walmart Sales operations VP, Market Managers, and store leadership.
• Prepare weekly sales and expense reports and other required analyses.
