Job summary

Left Lane Auto, LLC is seeking a National Account & Inventory Specialist to support stores and corporate teams. The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work, handling national account transactions, maintaining tire inventory, coordinating orders, and driving administrative projects.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills; experience with inventory or accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage national account transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review national account information for accuracy and completeness.
• Work with stores and customers to resolve account, billing, or processing issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for national account activity.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accounts are processed correctly and timely.
• Monitor and maintain tire inventory across assigned locations.
• Place tire orders based on store needs, inventory levels, and demand.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to coordinate orders, availability, and deliveries.
• Track inventory levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and ordering needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Help develop and maintain processes to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with stores regarding inventory, orders, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with a variety of corporate office projects and initiatives.
• Help develop, document, and improve processes as Left Lane Auto grows.
• Prepare reports, track data, and maintain accurate records.
• Support stores and leadership with various administrative needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and communication.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Left Lane Auto is a multi-brand, multi-location tire and automotive service platform built through acquisition. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a National Account & Inventory Specialist to support our stores and corporate team.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You’ll play an important role in processing national account business, maintaining accurate tire inventory, coordinating orders, and supporting a variety of administrative and operational projects.

You’ll work closely with our stores, vendors, and internal teams to help ensure our locations have the products and support they need to keep business moving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

National Account Processing

• Process and manage national account transactions accurately and efficiently.
