GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Senior Accountant is a key contributor to the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting and the effectiveness of the accounting function. This role performs general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial analysis, month-end close activities, and audit support, with a significant focus on inventory, cost of goods sold, and supply chain accounting. The position partners with Operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Information Technology, and other business leaders to ensure inventory is accurately valued, financial and operational variances are understood and resolved, and accounting processes and controls continue to improve.
