$105,504.00/yr - $180,864.00/yr

National Account Executive - BH/EAP

Location: This is a virtual position, but candidates must reside within 50 miles of an Elevance Health Pulse Point

Work schedule - Monday - Friday normal business hours

The National Account Executive - BH/EAP is responsible for managing new sales and retention for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Behavioral Health Resource (BHR) lines of business with National Accounts and Large Group Local business across the Enterprise. Implements and manages National and/or large group BHR and EAP sales activities in collaboration with Medical Sales Management.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure profitable growth in collaboration with Medical Sales Management and develops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals.
  • Works with Medical Sales Management to develop medical sales staff knowledge and skill set in preparation to present BHR and EAP value proposition to customers.
  • Handles stand-alone EAP sales as opportunities arise in all regions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS Degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of BH or EAP sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Sales license required or the ability to obtain license within 60 days as a requisite for continued employment.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills, And Experiences

  • Master's Degree Preferred.
  • Concise, precise, and motivating verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through ability to influence and persuade preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Behavior Health experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in client management and/or client success preferred.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail skills preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $105,504 to $180,864.

Locations: California; Colorado; New York
