Job summary

Applied Valuation Services is seeking a motivated sales professional with deep knowledge of the mortgage and valuation industries. You will focus on developing new business and building lasting client relationships in a 100% remote, full-time role.

A self-starter who can consult with lenders and appraisers to tailor valuation solutions is ideal. The position offers a $130,000 target first-year total compensation (base + commission), a retirement plan with company match, and generous PTO and paid

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales in mortgage, appraisal management, or mortgage tech.
• Proven ability to develop new business and nurture client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage valuation products and services.
