Olly Olly in Austin, TX is hiring a National Account Executive. You’ll start in an entry-level sales track with a structured training plan, 30 days on the phones, and then manage your own book of business.

You’ll make outbound calls, learn a proven sales process, build a pipeline, and collaborate with your local sales team. Base salary is $45,000 with uncapped commissions and strong upside based on performance.

Qualifications

• No sales background required; training provided.
• 30 days on the phones before you run your own book of business.
• On-site at the Austin, TX office.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM to 5PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Make 80 to 100 outbound calls a day to small business owners.
• Learn a proven sales process and stick to it.
• Build a pipeline and manage it like it's your own business.
• Work closely with your local sales floor and manager.
