Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior Sales/Product leader to drive pre- and post-sales consulting, translate sales strategy into action, and oversee the product expert team across the Medline portfolio. The role emphasizes high-level relationship building, cross-functional leadership, and strategic market development.

You will partner with division sales to set go-to-market plans, oversee program execution, and guide product positioning and innovation for future offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field.
• At least 8 years in product management, product development or sales including 4+ years in sales leadership.
• Experience directly managing sales professionals including hiring, developing and directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute sales strategies with sales leaders and specialists.
• Oversee business reviews, competitive analysis and market planning.
• Drive customer engagement and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Manage product conversion, implementations and multi-initiative programs.
• Lead product development and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Provide leadership across departments, budget management, and policy execution.
