Job summary

ProVest is seeking self-reliant Private Process Servers for an Independent Contractor role. You will deliver legal documents, log attempts via our proprietary mobile apps, and capture GPS photos. Expect up to five service attempts across different times, including weekends, with support from a Florida-based liaison.

Flexibility, autonomy, and reliable transportation are essential. You must hold active certification in Nassau County, FL, and reside nearby to coordinate with the local circuit.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Process Server in Nassau County, FL.
• Residence within or near the listed county is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps.
• Capture GPS photos and log attempts using our mobile technology.
• Aim for five service attempts at various times of day and on weekends.
