Job summary

Two full-time school psychology internship positions are anticipated for the 2027-2028 school year with Baltimore County Public Schools. The intern will provide a range of psychology services under the supervision of a field supervisor in a large, diverse suburban district.

The program aligns with NASP and MSDE standards and offers exposure to assessment, consultation, and intervention across multiple settings within BCPS.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in NASP and/or APA Approved Graduate Program in School Psychology.
• Graduate Program must recommend the applicant for an internship (as indicated in at least one letter of reference from a graduate program faculty member)

Responsibilities

• Attend school teams.
• Conduct formal and informal student and classroom observations.
• Conduct psychological assessments, curriculum based assessments, and functional behavioral assessments.
• Write assessment reports.
• Provide instructional and behavioral consultation.
• Provide individual and group counseling.
• Offer staff development activities as determined by the field supervisor.
• Attend staff meetings and Clinical Supervision sessions as scheduled throughout the school year.
• Other duties as assigned.
