The Boring Company is seeking a Nashville-based Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for the Music City Loop and future projects. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard candidates across engineering, operations, skilled trades, and administrative roles in a fast-paced startup environment.

This in-office role requires initiative, autonomy, and a passion for innovative technologies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering, operations, skilled trades, or high-volume roles in dynamic environments.
• Proven track record as an in-house or agency recruiter in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Nashville hiring managers to understand headcount needs and refine job postings.
• Source diverse talent for engineers, operations, electricians, welders, mechanics, and admin roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates with recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: onsite interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Train managers on recruiting best practices across technical, trade, and administrative roles.
• Organize recruitment events and ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations.
