Job summary

Empire Roofing, A Tecta America Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman in Nashville, TN. You will lead roofing crews through installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems while ensuring top craftsmanship and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Pay starts at $35+ per hour and Spanish language skills are a plus as indicated by “Se habla Español!”

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, climb and kneel; lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews on installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems.
• Manage projects from start to finish ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Maintain safety, document daily reports and manage crew paperwork.
