Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent year-for-year work experience.
• 5+ years in systems, infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering with at least 2 years in public cloud and automation.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes, including Helm, AKS/GKE, Traefik.
• Hands-on with Azure and Google Cloud; load balancing with HAProxy Enterprise.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, monitoring, and SLO-based alerting; cloud security practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots infrastructure performance and resolves tickets.
• Designs, builds, configures, tests, and maintains infrastructure components.
• Maintains systems to exceed availability, capacity, and performance goals.
• Implements security, backup, and logging strategies.
• Produces cost estimates and delivery timelines for projects.
• Develops CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes using GitOps workflows.
