Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files related to collections and creditors' rights.
• Represent clients in hearings, motions, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Maintain client communication and reporting throughout case life cycle.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and firm protocols.
