You will document service activities and work closely with the service team to ensure exceptional customer support.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive customer products returned for service and evaluation.
Carefully inspect incoming products, documenting condition through photographs and notes.
Verify product information, including serial numbers, tags, and other details.
Disassemble products following approved procedures and quality standards.
Clean products and components.
Accurately document service activities using company software and systems.
