Job Description

ADP, Inc. is seeking a NAS HCM Service Consultant III to join our team. The role involves researching, troubleshooting, and resolving ADP client application issues during system setups, production functions, enhancements, data defects, and general client inquiries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience. ADP also accepts a master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in:

• Benefit administration, including best practices, common benefit package offerings, and basic regulatory knowledge
• Developing and implementing complex configuration solutions for software applications
• Writing SQL queries
• Coding within HWSE and Vantage systems to provide solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Using data reporting tools
• Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Using data analytics to analyze client data, identify trends, and create metrics to demonstrate ROI
• Creating and executing comprehensive test plans for configuration changes and communicating issues back to development for resolution
• Troubleshooting client inquiries using various systems
