ADP, Inc. seeks an NAS HCM Service Consultant III in our Maitland, FL location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP client application issues during system setups, product functionality, enhancements, data defects, and inquiries.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all applications within the functional area, coordinating resolution across ADP products.
  • Maintain records in CRM, manage work queues, and develop complex configuration and process solutions.
  • Interface with clients to resolve escalated issues and answer product questions.
  • Develop and implement solutions involving report analysis, process development, and client education.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields plus five years of related experience, or Master's degree with three years of experience.
  • Experience in benefit administration, software configuration, SQL, coding, data reporting, and process improvement.
