Clariyu Inc. is seeking a Narrative Designer and Writer to help shape the characters, world, and storytelling at the core of our cozy Roblox titles. You will craft NPC dialogue, quest beats, and lore that deepen player relationships in a live, evolving game world.

We welcome all experience levels, including students and new graduates. This long-term role emphasizes voice, tone, and collaboration across multiple titles, with equity and revenue-sharing potential as we grow toward full-time

Qualifications

• Strong writing with a clear sense of voice, warmth, and character.
• Experience writing dialogue for games or interactive media.
• Understanding of how narrative works within gameplay systems.
• Comfortable working from creative briefs and iterating on feedback.
• Reliable, communicative, and invested in the long term.

Responsibilities

• Develop NPC dialogue reflecting distinct voices and evolving player relationships.
• Design quest structures and story beats that fit a live social game.
• Create character backstories, lore, and world-building for the Clariyu universe.
• Maintain a consistent tone and voice across a full cast of characters.
