We are an FDA 503B outsourcing facility that supplies customized medications to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. Summary

The Narcotic Inventory Specialist supports DEA compliance and vault operations of all controlled substances at the site.

Essential Functions
  1. Utilize the YERS and ARCOS systems to report acquisitions, dispositions, and inventory of List I chemicals and Schedule II substances to the DEA.
  2. Maintain inventory of raw drugs and finished products.
  3. Use DEA Form 222 for procurement and disposition of controlled substances.
  4. Pick controlled substance raw materials used in production.
  5. Prepare controlled substances for reverse distribution.
  6. Perform inventories in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  7. Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical position or similar
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to reach and extend hands/arms frequently
  • Capability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
