Sholom is a mission-driven nonprofit senior care provider in the Twin Cities. The NAR/Care Specialist delivers direct care to residents to sustain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through quality care.

Minimum qualifications include current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Preferred: prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care and Heimlich procedure skills.

Qualifications

• Must have current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification.
• Nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents to maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Compensation

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
