Sholom in the Twin Cities is seeking a NAR/Care Specialist to provide direct care to residents, supporting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being with high-quality care.

The posted wage ranges from $22.60 to $25.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid across the first year. The shift is 6:30am–2:30pm and the role is on-site, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care for residents.

• Wage: $22.60-$25.00/hour. $1,000 sign on bonus paid out in 4 installments over first year of employment.
• Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm
• Hours: 0.7 AM

Minimum Qualifications

• Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nursing assistant experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Heimlich procedure skills preferred.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
