Job summary

Estate Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance, LLC in Southwest Florida seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Naples office to lead production crews and ensure timely, high-quality landscaping and lawn maintenance projects. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager and Account Manager, oversee scheduling, safety, and quality control, and develop the team on site.

• Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop crew members.
• Experience supervising landscaping/lawn maintenance crews.
• Comfort with client-facing interactions and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of production crews to ensure timely, high-quality completion of projects.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Account Manager on quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Oversee crew scheduling, job sequencing and resource allocation.
