Responsibilities

• Operate the napkin machine safely to meet daily production goals.
• Perform machine make-readies and report daily production.
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders to meet specs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust as needed.
• Work overtime to cover shifts and meet production demand.
• Document output, ensure correct materials and sizes, and maintain 5S.
• Wear PPE and follow safety policies; report unsafe acts.
