Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven expertise developing architecture strategies, governance, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Experience designing cloud-native and hybrid-cloud ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving technology decisions.
• Strong communication and strategic leadership abilities.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, roadmaps, and investments.
• Experience building or maturing an architecture function and operating model.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the NAPD architecture landscape across transformation programs.
• Identify duplication and rationalization opportunities at portfolio level.
• Lead the NAPD Architecture Community of Practice and extend influence beyond the team.
• Build and develop the NAPD architecture team, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure architecture coherence across programs with enterprise and data architects.
• Define and execute architecture strategy aligned with digital transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize investments and manage budgets.
• Develop architecture talent and promote engineering excellence across NAPD.
• Partner with executives to ensure interoperable, scalable solutions.
