Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Napa, CA. You will provide comprehensive critical care in the ICU, monitor patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, responding to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments following critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document patient status and communicate with care teams.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU settings.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
