The ICU RN will provide comprehensive critical care to patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making in high-acuity environments.

• Proficient reading, writing, and charting in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per protocol.
• Operate advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity settings.
• Document assessments and interventions promptly for continuity of care.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpret data.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures through ongoing training.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to protect patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
