Job summary

Don Allen Ford Nantucket, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department and drive profitability. Relocation to Nantucket, MA is required, and housing is available for this role.

The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage costs, build a loyal clientele, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of automotive retail service management experience, strong leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of service experience or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred.
