Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
Seven years of technical experience in a clean room facility.
Three years managing laboratory operations and/or personnel.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise NFF personnel and mentor staff.
Oversee tools, systems, and supporting infrastructure, including routine facility checks and basic tool maintenance.
Establish, maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for all tools and processes.
Manage facility scheduling, user access, and authorization systems; maintain training records.
Develop, implement and enforce safety policies in collaboration with EHS; coordinate user training and inspections.
Lead continuity of operations planning and response to incidents within the NFF.
