Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• 2+ years of industry experience in coatings, polymers, or surface technologies
• Hands-on formulation development and product scaling experience
• Experience with nanomaterials or advanced surface treatments preferred
• Ability to lead projects and work cross-functional
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts
• On-site work capability and collaboration in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve nanocoating formulations
• Run lab experiments to test and refine products
• Adjust formulations based on project needs
• Track progress and report to supervisor
• Support production and scale-up activities
• Maintain organized lab notes and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development
• Prepare SDS and TDS documents
• Perform testing to meet performance standards
• Prepare samples for external testing
