• Keep the kitchen clean and do meal prep during naps.
• Handle the baby’s laundry and tidy play/nursery areas.
• Monitor water safety near an on-site pool.
• Communicate daily with parents about meals, naps, and milestones.
• Occasionally travel with the family if needed.

Compensation: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus one weekend day, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (weekend day flexible)
Guaranteed Hours: 50 hours/week

A family in Roswell, New Mexico is looking for a warm, hands-on full-time nanny to care for their 9-month-old. This role is all about the baby. The family wants someone who will fill the day with engaging, educational play, keep consistent nap and meal routines, and prepare fresh meals for the baby. The home has no pets, and a cleaning service comes every two weeks, so household tasks are limited to the baby’s needs. No driving with the baby is needed. Daily outings are on foot, with walks around the neighborhood. A private bedroom with a TV is available for a live-in candidate. Some travel with the family is possible. This is a good fit for an engaged, nurturing caregiver who wants a long-term role with one family.
