Home Work Staffing in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced full-time nanny for a 10-month-old. This long-term role requires initiative, infant/toddler development, and the ability to establish routines and creativity. The family values a self-directed caregiver who can grow with the child.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($25–$30) with 35 guaranteed hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours. Start ASAP. A valid driver's license and references are required.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience caring for infants.
• Self-starter who takes initiative without needing direction.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term placement.
• Comfortable working alongside household members present in the home.
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Full attentive care for a 10-month-old, including feeding, naps, diapering, and daily routines.
• Planning and leading age-appropriate developmental activities and outings.
• Maintaining and adjusting nap and feeding schedules as the child grows.
• Child-related tidying: nursery organization, toys, laundry, bottles, and play spaces.
• Tracking supplies and communicating needs proactively.
• Open, consistent communication with the family about the child's day and milestones.

Schedule:Monday–Friday, approximately (6–8 hours per day, with flexibility on start and end times). Optional additional weekend hours available for candidates interested in them.
Guaranteed Hours:35 hours per week
