ABOVE & BEYOND NANNY SERVICES INC. is seeking a dedicated Nanny & Household Manager for a full-time role in Eagan, MN, serving three school-aged children and a friendly Bernedoodle. The position blends childcare, housekeeping, and organized daily routines to support a busy family.

Key duties include morning school prep, afternoon pickups, deep cleaning, meal planning, laundry, and allergy-aware bedding management. The family values structure, proactive communication, and a healthy lifestyle.

Start Date: January 4, 2027

Location: Eagan

Children: 3 school-aged kids (Ages 9.5, 7.5, and 5.5) + Daisy

Schedule: Full-Time, Split Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) | Occasional Saturday overtime opportunities available

Salary: $24 – $30/hour (commemorate with experience and relevant education)

About Our Family & Role

We are an active, loving family in Eagan with three vibrant, growing kids and a gentle, friendly pup. Both parents work full-time, and with three family members navigating ADHD, our household thrives on structure, clear daily routines, and proactive executive functioning support.

As parents, our #1 priority is spending quality, focused time with our kids—supporting them through every milestone, school project, and life stage. However, keeping up with daily cooking, cleaning, deep upkeep, and routine logistics can be all-consuming. We are looking for a reliable, health-conscious, and heart-centered Nanny & Household Manager to streamline our daily operations and keep our home running seamlessly so we can dedicate our energy to where it matters most: our family!

Key Responsibilities

1. Childcare & Executive Functioning Support

• Foster a warm, engaging environment for our three children.
• Assist with morning school prep, afternoon pickups, homework help, and task completion tailored to their ADHD/executive functioning needs.

2. Comprehensive Household Operations & Deep Upkeep

• Operations & Systems: Proactively identify areas to streamline house operations and make recommendations to help our daily routines run better.
• Cleaning & Deep Upkeep: Maintain a clean, calm, and tidy environment. Beyond daily dishes and surface cleaning, this includes deep cleaning tasks, inside and outside home improvement projects (such as washing walls to clean off the children’s stickers and "decorating efforts"), picking up the yard, and cleaning/organizing the art shed.
• Allergy Management & Bedding: Regularly change and wash all bedding, and routinely vacuum furniture to keep dust down to support Eleanor’s allergies.
• Laundry & Wardrobes: Manage all family laundry and keep clothing closets organized and functional.
• Decluttering Projects: Partner with mom on home organization projects, including helping clear out and get rid of items in the spare bedroom.

3. Meal Planning, Cooking & Groceries

• Prepare healthy, nourishing weekday evening meals to facilitate mom and dad's bandwidth and relieve evening stress.
• Plan weekend evening meals in advance.
• Create weekly grocery lists and manage grocery pickup orders to keep the pantry and fridge stocked.

4. Dog Care

• Friendly interaction and basic daily care for Daisy, our sweet Bernedoodle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Neurodiversity-Minded: Patient, compassionate, and understanding of ADHD and executive dysfunction (prior experience with neurodiverse children/adults is a major plus!).
• School-Age Specialist: Genuinely loves engaging with school-aged kids through active, enriching, and screen-light activities.
• Organizational Dynamo: Loves tidying, deep organizing, system-building, and taking initiative on household projects without needing constant direction.
• Wellness & Food Enthusiast: Health-conscious and excited about planning and preparing wholesome family meals.
• Proactive Communicator: Self-starter, highly dependable, and proactive in identifying areas where home operations can improve.

Schedule Breakdown

• Monday – Friday Split Shift:
  • Mornings (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Morning routine, breakfast prep, school departure, and daily household setup.
  • Afternoons (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Household management, deep cleaning/organizing projects, meal prep, laundry/tidying, school pickup, and afternoon kid activities/homework support.
• Overtime: Occasional Saturday hours available for candidates seeking additional earnings.
