Qualifications

• Knowledge of Project Management best practices and willingness to optimize processes.
• Process and technology-oriented background, with experience in Information Systems and/or digital project management.
• Experience with complex roadmap development, identifying interdependencies, and proposing detailed project plans.
• Hands-on approach to developing solutions and documentation; a bias to action.
• Networking and effective communication skills with senior / executive stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.
• Global scope and complex project management experience, 5+ years.
• Remote management experience.
• PMP certification and/or Accounting experience is a plus.
• Coupa, SAP, or SupplyOn experience is a plus.
• Travel availability up to 30% of time (NAM Region).

Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Maintain project management standards, processes, and methodologies across multiple deployment roadmaps.
• Project Plans & Roadmaps: Establish, update, and monitor multiple project plans for a multi-year roadmap with interdependencies and reporting requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with clear documentation.
• Quality Management: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards across workstreams.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders and create clear presentations.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with analytics to provide insights for decisions.
• Training and Development: Guide and train team members and leads to enhance PM skills.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track activities and report key risks and progress weekly.
