Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology License and Nail Technician License in the state of Indiana
• Must possess a valid Beauty of Culture Educator License in the state of Indiana
• Prior experience in the nail industry with a demonstrated skill set is required
• Teaching or substitute teaching experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and the ability to create a positive learning environment
• Flexibility to work on an as‑needed basis, with availability for various shifts

Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
