Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is hiring a Nail Tech/Manicurist to perform natural manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot massages for guests. The role is fully commissioned with 52% per service and requires current licensing with spa operations. Expect a 4–5 day work week, evenings and weekends, and an open 365-day schedule.

Responsibilities include promoting spa retail products, completing closing duties, and contributing to ongoing improvements in service quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

The Manicurist/Nail Technician is responsible forprovidingnailand hand services to guests, such as natural manicures and pedicures, hand and foot massage and a variety of treatments specific to Miraval and all pertinent product lines.

• · This role is a fully commissioned role, that pays out at 52% commission per service.
• · Possess and be willing to display all relevant licensing, dedicated to keeping current on any licensing changes and abiding to all rules and regulations associated with license.
• · Staying up-to-date and educated on spa retail lines and products and proactively promotes these products to spa clients.
• · Completing side work and closing duties as directed by Department Head or Manager.
• · Drive to constantly improve the department and the spa.
• · Commitment to seeking new opportunities and ways to please our clients and inspiring others to do the same
• · 4 -5 Day Work Week, with evenings and weekend availability being required
• · Our resort is open 365 days a year.
• · Adherence to all Attendance and Punctuality policies in the handbook
