Kohler Waters Spa in Lincoln Park, IL is seeking a Nail Technician for a part-time role. Shifts vary between 8:00am and 8:30pm, weekdays and weekends, onsite at Kohler Waters Spa within Kohler Co. You will provide high-end nail services and uphold stringent hygiene standards.

Applicants must hold IL Nail Technician or Cosmetology license, be 18+, and able to lift up to 25 lbs. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)].

Qualifications

• Previous luxury spa or salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional nail services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Maintain sanitation by keeping work areas clean and following procedures.
• Inform guests about available services, retail products, and hotel amenities.
• Maintain continuing education criteria per State of Wisconsin requirements.
• Adhere to policies set by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.

This is a Part Time position, shifts will vary between 8:00am and 8:30pm, weekdays & weekends.

Specific Responsibilities

• Providing guests with professional nail services that exceed their expectations
• Cleaning assigned work areas after every service and being knowledgeable of appropriate sanitary procedures
• Professionally informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities within the spa and throughout the hotel
• Maintaining continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements
• Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of application
• Must hold a current Nail Technician or Cosmetology License in the state of Illinois
• Previous relevant, professional experience in luxury spa or salon preferred
• Able to lift or exert force up to 25 lbs

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
