Frenchies Modern Nail Salon in Ventura is hiring skilled nail technicians. This role offers growth through three levels, with paid on-the-job training, performance bonuses, and full tips you keep.

You’ll work in a clean, non-toxic studio, with provided supplies and marketing support to fill your books. Qualifications

• Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist is required.
• If you lack the license, consider SBCC in Santa Barbara or Lu Ross in Ventura.
• Experience in nails and customer-focused service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Provide manicure and pedicure services to guests.
• Educate guests on membership, retail products, and rebooking.
• Maintain professional cleaning standards in the studio.

• Compensation Structure:
  • Three clear experience levels with opportunities for advancement
    • Junior Technician: $24.50 - $28.60 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
    • Senior Technician: $26.40 - $33.85 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
    • Master Technician: $29.00 - $39.13 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
  • Paid, on-the-job training to excel through the levels
  • Team and individual performance bonuses.
  • Base pay even when not booked with appointments.
  • $1,000 - $2,000 in tips that are 100% yours to keep!

Our Schedule

Our salon hours are 10am - 6pm/7pm depending on the day

• Provides exceptional manicures and pedicures

• Helps maintain our professional-grade cleaning standards
• Uses skills and knowledge to contribute to Frenchies' monthly team goals
• Brings good vibes to studio staff and clientele
