We offer laddered pay by experience, paid on-the-job training, and performance bonuses. Earn $1,000–$2,000 in tips you keep, with a friendly, non-toxic studio and ongoing education in manicures, pedicures and gel services.

• Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist; if you don't have this, consider SBCC in Santa Barbara or Lu Ross in Ventura.

Compensation Structure:

• Three clear experience levels with opportunities for advancement
  • Junior Technician: $24.50 - $28.60 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
  • Senior Technician: $26.40 - $33.85 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
  • Master Technician: $29.00 - $39.13 per hour (with bonuses and tips)
• Paid, on-the-job training to excel through the levels
• Team and individual performance bonuses.
• Base pay even when not booked with appointments.
• $1,000 - $2,000 in tips that are 100% yours to keep!
