Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a professional manicurist/pedicurist to join our founding team for the upcoming opening in Fall 2026. You will deliver high-quality nail services, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support in-room guest services as needed.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, accredited cosmetology education, and current license. Eligible staff gain access to spa facilities, health plans, generous PTO, and growth opportunities across Canyon Ranch locations.

• Must have completed professional cosmetologist education by an accredited school.
• Current state cosmetology license or equivalent license.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services with high quality and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional work environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Handle upkeep, maintenance, and stocking of products on shift.
• Provide nail services including in-room guest services.
• Maintain current knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques and styles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Performs professional manicure and pedicure services with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
• Maintains a safe, respectful, and professional work environment in a fast‑paced setting.
• Responsible for upkeep, maintenance, and stocking of products during each shift.
• Provides nail services according to established service protocols, including in‑room guest services.
• Maintains current knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques and styles.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
• Must have completed professional cosmetologist education by accredited school and complete continued education as required by Cosmetology Board.
• Current state Cosmetology license or similar beauty license.
