Job summary

Four Seasons Scottsdale is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to deliver manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail treatments at our luxury spa. You will uphold Four Seasons’ standards of service, maintain a pristine work environment, and educate guests on nail care while promoting services and retail products.

The ideal candidate holds a national license, has at least 2 years in a luxury spa, communicates in English, and demonstrates exceptional grooming and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• National certification or license as a Nail Technician.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nail technician in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
• English proficiency for effective communication with guests.
• Strong grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, polish changes, paraffin dips, and other nail services per spa protocols.
• Deliver personalized, attentive service to ensure guests feel relaxed and cared for.
• Educate guests on nail care best practices and promote retail products and spa services.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment environment adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Spa team to support daily operations and manage appointments.

About the role

As a Nail Technician at Four Seasons, you will deliver exceptional nail care treatments, ensuring guests experience the highest level of luxury and relaxation. This role requires technical expertise, professionalism, and a guest-focused approach to provide manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail treatments that align with Four Seasons’ world-class standards. You will also contribute to the overall spa experience by promoting services, products, and maintaining a pristine work environment.

What you will do

• Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, paraffin dips, and specialty nail services in accordance with established spa protocols.
• Deliver personalized, attentive service that ensures guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout every treatment.
• Educate guests on nail care best practices and recommend retail products and spa services to support their wellness goals and enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑organized treatment environment while adhering to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Spa team members to support daily operations, manage appointments accurately, and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

• National certification or license as a Nail Technician.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nail technician in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and nail care practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanour.
• High grooming standards and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
