Job summary

Fashion Nails is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team. The role focuses on manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements and art, with attention to hygiene and client satisfaction.

You will help clients choose shades and designs, maintain sanitation per state rules, and leverage opportunities to upsell services. A valid cosmetology or nail license is required, with part-time or full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology and/or nail license is required.
• Prior experience in manicures, pedicures, dip, acrylic or nail art is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sanitation awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements and nail art.
• Assist clients in selecting colors and designs based on preferences.
• Maintain sanitation per state regulations and salon policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and designs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and salon policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Upsell additional services such as eyebrow waxing, body waxing, and higher pedicure options based on client preferences.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to enhance service offerings.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any aftercare instructions.
