We are seeking a passionate and talented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team!

As a Nail Technician, you will bring your expertise in nail care, design, and aesthetics to create stunning manicures and pedicures that leave clients feeling pampered and confident.

We are starting at $17 or open to commission based payment.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions with precision and artistry
• Apply and customize nail enhancements using techniques such as acrylic application and nail extensions to meet client preferences
• Utilize color theory knowledge to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style
• Conduct esthetic treatments like dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and laser treatments as needed
• Follow strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their nail care needs, provide consultations, and upsell retail products or additional services
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring compliance with all health regulations and salon safety standards

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of color theory, nail art design, and current trends in nail fashion
• Experience with retail sales strategies such as upselling products like cuticle oils or nail polishes
• Additional skills in esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or barbering are a plus but not required
