Chelsea Jewish Lifecare Communities is seeking a Nail Technician for Harriett & Ralph Kaplan Estates. This is a part-time 1 day per week, 1099 position with commission based on 85% of gross receipts.

Responsibilities include providing manicures, pedicures, and basic nail care, while maintaining infection control standards and communicating with nursing staff as needed. Must have MA Cosmetology license and liability insurance.

• Provide manicures, pedicures, nail trimming, filing, shaping, and basic nail care services to residents while promoting comfort, personal hygiene, and well-being.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while respecting each individual's dignity, preferences, and personal grooming needs.
• Follow established infection prevention, sanitation, and safety protocols, including proper cleaning and disinfection of tools and equipment.
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident needs or concerns, follow facility policies, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.

Qualifications for Success:

• Must have a current MA Cosmetology or Manicurist license
• Must carry professional liability insurance
• Must have reliable transportation and able to provide a copy of auto insurance if driving to community
• Must be able to provide own supplies and tools to perform services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
