Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Massage Therapist for our Fort Lauderdale location. The role delivers high-end massage services to guests, adheres to strict sanitation standards, and maintains a relaxing spa environment.

You will showcase excellent guest care, upsell retail items, and collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Candidates should have Florida Cosmetology certification and at least two years of massage therapy experience in a

• Florida Board of Cosmetology Certification required.
• At least 2 years of massage therapist experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management: multi-task, set priorities, adapt to changing conditions.
• Upselling skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and relaxed massage service to all guests, maintaining hospitality and professionalism.
• Adhere to Board of Cosmetology requirements including sanitation and hygiene standards; comply with local laws.
• Create and maintain a spa environment: lighting, scents, temperature for guest comfort.
• Set up, use and clean equipment in the treatment room; ensure linen and supplies; clean work area.
• Actively promote and sell retail items.
