Qualifications

• Previous spa/salon/resort experience preferred.
• Proven nail care and nail art experience.
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements per spa standards.
• Shape, clean, and polish nails with high hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and treatment areas per regulations.
• Provide hand and foot massages during treatments as needed.
• Recommend nail care products and services to clients.
• Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Ensure client satisfaction by listening to needs and delivering personalized service.
• Adhere to all health, safety guidelines and licensing regulations.

Position Summary: The Nail Technician is responsible for providing manicure and pedicure services to clients based on their specific needs and preferences. Essential Job Functions

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip powder, etc.) according to spa standards and guest preferences
• Shape, clean, and polish nails while ensuring high hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide hand and foot massages during treatments as needed
• Recommend nail care products and services to clients
• Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products
• Ensure client satisfaction by listening to their needs and delivering personalized service
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations

Experience And Education

• Previous experience in a spa, high-end salon, or resort setting preferred
• Proven experience in nail care services and nail art
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid state license/certification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology
