milk + honey is currently seeking extraordinary Nail Technicians looking to build authentic guest connections while delivering holistic nail services in a clean environment free of harsh toxins.

Nail Technician Responsibilities

• The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures.
• Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations. Adherence to all
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding milk + honey’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Schedule

• Flexible Scheduling – work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays

Compensation + Perks That Reward You

• Strong Earning Potential – An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $32-$36, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.87.
