Nail Technician Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)

• The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures.
• Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations. Adherence to all.
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding milk + honey's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Schedule

• Flexible Scheduling – work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays.

Compensation + Perks That Reward You

• Average in-service hourly rate ranges between $32–$36, including tips. Out-of-service rate paid at $17.87.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
