Join our team of Estheticians where you’ll have the exciting opportunity to provide top-tier treatments, from rejuvenating facials to advanced skin therapies. You’ll work with cutting‑edge products and technology to address guests’ unique skin concerns, all while creating a relaxing and luxurious experience. If you’re skilled, detail‑oriented, and love making people feel confident in their skin, this is the perfect role for you!

Esthetician Responsibilities

(include but not limited to)

• The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.
• Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest‑focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next‑visit details, and product recommendations.
• Maintain expertise in product lines by attending ongoing training and educational courses, and proactively recommend products to guests.

Schedule

• Flexible Scheduling – work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays

Compensation + Perks That Reward You

• Strong Earning Potential – An average in‑service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.87
